Shipping of reptiles is thru Air Canada .... to the closest major airport. The shipment is generally a same day service.

Shipping of enclosures is "door to door" via UPS or FedEx Courier and smaller "supply" items can go by Canada Post.
Shipping costs are not included in any order unless otherwise arranged but will include shipping materials.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS SECOND ONLY TO THE HEALTH AND CARE OF OUR DRAGONS
We offer a 60-day total health guarantee with ongoing support to all our customers for the life of their dragon(s).
This guarantee will bring your dragons to a minimum of 14 weeks old and should ensure a proper adjustment to their new locations.
It is expected and is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide proper husbandry for any of our dragons.
If for any reason you become concerned about a dragon's health, we ask you to contact us immediately for assistance.
This is your responsibility and failure to do so would void consideration in the rare case a replacement becomes necessary.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.
Many factors affect bearded dragon's colour. Heat, stress, mood and other things of similarity all affect colouration. We therefore cannot guarantee colour.
Pictures representing our dragons are not "enhanced" or "touched up" ever.
In most cases, pictures of the parents of offspring we produce are attached to their listings, and can be a true judge of colour potential.
