Dragons travel with Air Canada, to your closest airport, using same-day flights.

Be advised that Air Canada has an embargo on "live" cargo at Christmas.

Enclosures travel "door to door" via UPS or FedEx Courier.

Smaller "supply" items travel with Canada Post.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS SECOND ONLY TO THE HEALTH, CARE and QUALITY OF OUR DRAGONS

Our dragons have 60-day total health guarantee with lifetime support.

This guarantee will bring your dragons to a minimum of 15 weeks old and should ensure a proper adjustment to their new locations. It is expected and is your responsibility to provide proper husbandry for any of our dragons. If  you ever become concerned about a dragon's health, you should contact us immediately for assistance.

Failure to do so would void consideration in the rare case a replacement becomes necessary.

We cannot refund travel costs as they are from outside sources.   

Many factors can affect a bearded dragon's colour, such as heat, stress, mood and we therefore cannot guarantee colour.      

In most cases, pictures of the parents of offspring we produce are attached to their listings, and can be a true judge of colour potential.
